Oil mei pyaz fry kar k gosht add karen or color change honay tak bhooney

Lehsan adrak add karen or bhooney, khusboo a jaye tou spices dal kar 1 sy 1-1/2 glass pani daal kar 15 minutes pressure cook karen, ab tamator slices add kar k acha sa masala bhoon lain.

Shaljum dalen or pani dal kar cover kar k cook karen. Agr jaldi hai tou 3 minutes pressure cook karen. Apko jitni curry chahiye us sy thora zyada pani add karen.

Jab shaljum gal jaen tou end mei garam masala, hari mirch, adrak daal kar 2 minutes dum dain. Dishout karen or dhaniya k sath garnish kar k serve karen. Parathay, roti, rice k sath serve karen
