They say brownie is a chocolate cake that didn't rise much... Good for us because they taste absolutely heavenly. Rather it is a preferred dessert over a chocolate cake ... At-least in my home. So here's an eggless recipe of this delicious and wonderful sweet. It is so good that you would say ... this tastes exactly like what we get at restaurants.

So here's an eggless recipe of this delicious and wonderful sweet. It is so good that you would say ... this tastes exactly like what we get at restaurants.

Preheat your oven to 150 degree Celsius. Take a 8*8 square baking tin and line it with butter paper on the base as well as the sides. Also grease it nicely with butter or oil.

Collect flour, sugar, Cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda. Pass everything through a sieve and keep aside.

Melt dark chocolate and butter over a double boiler. Whisk it nicely to make sure the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth. Let it cool for 5 minutes.

Add the condensed milk and mix.

Now add the flour mixture. Also add 1/2 cup of water. Mix it well using an electric beater. Don't over beat the batter, mix just enough to bring it all together.

It's a very thick batter. Now transfer it to the prepared tin. And pat the tin on the kitchen slab at least 10-12 times to release extra air. Place a kitchen towel on the slab before doing so.

Now sprinkle some chopped walnuts and chocolate chips.

Bake it in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.

Once done remove the tin from the oven and cool completely before removing it from the tin. Cut into small squares and serve after warming it a little.
