Ingredients

  • 280 gmssuji/semolina
  • 200 gmscurd
  • 100 mlwater
  • according to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonENO
  • 3boiled potatao
  • 1Tomato
  • 2Onion
  • 1capsicum
  • as requiredGaram masala
  • As requiredJeera/cumin seeds
  • As RequiredOil

Steps

  1. 1

    First of all make a batter of idli....mix suji, curd, salt, and water and keep it for 1/2 hr. After 1/2 hr add 1/2 teaspoon of Eno.

    For stuffing, fry all the vegetables with boiled potato and make it a shape like in the above picture.

    Take a glass and put your stuffed vegetable in the middle of the glass then fill all the gaps in the glass with the batter of idli.

    Now add some water in your pressure cooker, not above your glass level. After 10 min heating put the glass in the cooker and cover. After 10 mins serve by cutting the idli with round pieces. And your yummy idli is ready. Now serve this with sambhar😋
