Steps

Mix the flour with salt, sugar, oil and water.

Mix well to make a soft dough.

Then make balls and keep them ready.

Heat the oil in a pan for deep frying.

Spread the balls to a round shape with the rolling pan and put it in the oil.

Slightly press the edges so that the poori starts to blow up.

Then flip it and fry the other side as well.

Remove the poori from the oil and place it on a plate. repeat this process for the remaining dough.

Poori is ready to serve.
