Bathua Roti
A very tasty winter specialty..
Steps

Take a mixing bowl, add ata & all the ingredients except bathua.

Segregate the leaves of bathua saag, wash it, boil it, strain it, cool it down.

Take a mixer jar, add in the boiled bathua leaves, grind it to a fine purée.

Add this to the ata, mix it well.

Add water accordingly, knead a soft dough. Rest it for 10 minutes.

Take an iron tawa or any other tawa, heat it.

Now take small portions of dough, make small balls, roll it & make a lil thick roti.

Bake it both side on the tawa till light brown.

Now cook directly on the flame until cooked. Do not over cook it.

Plate it, brush some desi ghee over it.

Have it with any dal or curry
