Stamina-Boosting Pork, Chinese Chives, and Bean Sprouts Stir-fry

The temperature changes outside have been extreme. I created this recipe to pump up my energy levels so that I wouldn't get sick.

Seasoning the pork makes the dish very flavourful, and delicious.

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 100 gramsPork (offcuts)
  2. 1 bunchChinese chives
  3. 1/2 bagBean sprouts
  4. 1packet Shimeji mushrooms
  5. Seasonings for the pork:
  6. 1/3 tsp☆Grated garlic
  7. 1/3 tsp☆Grated ginger
  8. 2 pinch☆Salt
  9. 1 tsp☆Sake
  10. Seasoning ingredients:
  11. 1/2 tsp★Sugar
  12. 1/2 tsp★Chicken stock granules
  13. 1/2 tsp★Soy sauce
  14. 1 tsp★Sake
  15. 1 tbsp★Oyster sauce
  16. 1 tspVegetable oil
  17. 1/2 tspSesame oil

Cooking Instructions

    Put the pork into a bowl, season with ☆ ingredients, and lightly rub in (letting it sit for about 5 minutes).

    Briefly wash the Chinese chives and bean sprouts. Chop the Chinese chives into bite-sized lengths. Separate the shimeji mushrooms. Combine the ★ seasoning ingredients.

    Pour vegetable oil into a pan, turn on the heat, and stir-fry the pork.

    When cooked through, add the Chinese chives, bean sprouts, and shimeji mushrooms. Continue stir-frying until soft and wilted.

    Add the combined ★ ingredients, and mix to absorb the sauce evenly. Swirl in the sesame oil, and it's done.
