1 bowlboiled noodles
1/2 cupchopped cabbage
1/2 cupchopped carrots
1/2 cupchopped scallions
1/2 cupboiled beef keema
1medium sized onion (chopped)
1 clovechopped garlic
1egg
1 tbspsoy sauce
4 tbspsweet soya sauce
4 tbsphomemade sambal oelek
As per tasteSalt
2 tbsprefined oil

Heat oil in a kadai and fry the egg. Keep aside.

Add vegetables and saute for 5 minutes on a low flame.

Add boiled noodles and stir.

Now add all the ingredients simultaneously.
