I love chocolate-soaked snacks. One bag is just never enough. So I made my own.

It's most delicious if you eat after cooling.
The outsides are crispy and the insides moist, so good.
If you like a bitter taste change the chocolate or mix in some pure cocoa. Recipe by Ukkiitaro

Ingredients

  1. 1White bread, cut into 8 pieces
  2. 2 tbsp☆Processed cocoa
  3. 1 tbsp☆Sugar
  4. 50 ml☆Hot milk
  5. 3bars Meiji milk chocolate

Cooking Instructions

    Mix together the ☆ ingredients and set aside. Cut the bread into 4 parts lengthwise and horizontally. Finely mince the chocolate.

    Dip the bread pieces into the ☆ ingredient mix and coat uniformly. The bread should become juicy.

  3. 3

    Place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking pan and cook in a preheated oven at 150℃ for 20 minutes.

  4. 4

    Remove from the oven and top uniformly with the minced chocolate. Put back in the oven and cook at 150℃ for 20 minutes again. Once cooled, it's complete.
