એક પેનમાં ગોળ ગરમ કરવા મુકો.ગોળની ચાસણી થાય ત્યાં સુધી થવાદો.

એક બાઉલમાં પાણી લો.તેમાં ગોળનું ટીપું નાખી ને ચેક કરો.પાણીમાં ગોળ કડક થઇ જાય તો ચાંચણી માં ચપટી સોડા નાખીને હલવો.અને શીંગદાણા ને નાખીને બરાબર હલવો.

પ્લેટફોર્મ પર તેલ લગાવી તેના પર ચીકીનું બેટર પાથરો અને વેલણથી વાણી દો.

ઠડું પડે ત્યારે સર્વે કરો.
