Ingredients

  • 1 cupOats
  • 1 mediumOnion finely chopped
  • 2 tbspOil
  • 1 mediumTomato finely chopped
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspHaldi powder
  • 1/2 tspChicken powder
  • 2 cupswater
  • Salt to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan and add onion and saute till the onion is golden.

  2. 2

    Now add tomato, salt, haldi and red chilli powder, chicken powder and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

  3. 3

    Now add oats and 2 cups of water and cook for 5 to 8 minutes. Masala oats are ready. Serve hot.
