Wash rice strainand keep in fridge for about 20 mnts..chop two onion fry them keep aside. boil peas for 5 mnts.heat oil in pot and hole masala remove water and add green peas. Cook for one minute.add rice cook little. Now add water.cook till done.

Heat oil in pan put whole red chilli. Remove add in rice decorate with fried onion and serve.
