Wash methi leaves and grind it in mixer with green chillies and little water

Keep it aside. Take whole wheat flour. Add salt and methi mixture. Knead a dough with it

For potato filling. Boil potatoes. Grate it. Add salt, chiily powder and garammasala. Mix it well.

Now make small balls from dough. Roll the balls to small size chapati. Add 1tbl spoon potato filling to it. Close it by ensuring that filling does not come out.

Roll it again. Place it on hot tawa. And apply ghee on both sides and cook from both sides.

Serve hot.
