In a pot boil the milk and add carrots. Cook on low flame. When milk dries out, add sugar and cook until all water dries out.

It's time to add desi ghee then cook, cook and cook until oil becomes separate.
Add milk powder and half of the nuts(crushed), mix well, cook for more 5 minutes and it's ready to eat. - 3
Garnish with nuts/khoya.
