First of all soak rice after washing 2-3 times for 30 minutes, chop baby corn, onion, green chillies, &keep ready all the garam masala ingredients

Now take a pressure cooker add ghee, keep it on a medium flame, add whole garam masala ingredients, saute for 2 minutes, add chopped onions, and green chillies,saute it until onion becomes transparent, add ginger garlic paste saute for two more minutes, now add in chopped baby corn, add all dry masala powders, mix well, add salt to taste

Strain rice add to the cooker, gently saute it for 3-4 minutes,add 1 1/2 cup water, lemon juice mix well and close the lid,

Get one whistle, let it cool down, take out garnish and serve hot.
