Ingredients

30 minutes
4 people
  1. 6boiled eggs
  2. 1 tspred chilli powder
  3. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  4. 1 pinchnutmeg powder
  5. 1/2 tspcumin powder
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1 tspwater
  8. 1/2 tspturmeric powder

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all the masala powders with water

  2. 2

    Cut eggs in to equal halves

  3. 3

    Apply the masala on both the sides and fry in a pan with little oil

    Flip both the sides and Cook in medium flame till it's done

    Turn off the flame and it's ready to plate
