Heat ghee in kadai add Ragi sooji and start to roast for 5 minutes on low heat,then remove in a plate,now heat ghee add mustard,jeera, curry leaves and chopped veggies stir well

Add 2 cup water and bring to boil then add roasted ragi,mix well and cook with lid
- 3
Cook till it absorbs all the moisture and become grainy and little crispy serve hot as break fast
