Steps
- 1
This recipe is for 4 servings. Add milk in a pan and allow it to boil. Meanwhile chop 60 grams of chocolate and leave 20 grams for garnishing. Then in a bowl make a slurry adding water and cornflour. Make it lump free and of running consistency.
- 2
When the milk start to boil lower the flame then add cocoa powder and mix. Once mix well add the chopped chocolates and mix again until everything combines and dissolves. Allow it to cook for 4-5 minutes on medium flame.
- 3
Then add sugar when dissolves add the prepared slurry and stir continuously otherwise it will make lumps. Then add salt only 2 pinch just to balance the sweetness. You can add more or less sugar as per taste or can use any sweetner. You can also add more chocolate but try to use dark chocolate.

Now cook it on a medium flame for 5-6 minutes and off the flame. Serve hot. Garnish it with marshmallows and top it the with the Chocolate which we had left simply melt it adding 1 tsp hot milk or melt it in microwave. You can serve with whipping cream and maple syrup also or just as it is. You will enjoy in everyway.
