Steps

Saute your chopped onions in oil till fragrant, add the tomatoes and cook till well done.

Add your cubed potatoes and cook while covered for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.

Add the boiled githeri, adjust the salt and pepper to your preference. Add some water to create a thick soup and let the githeri boil covered for 10 minutes.

Add chopped dhania, then serve your githeri when still hot.

Best accompanied with an avocado.
