Methi Masala Thepla
Steps

Take a bowl. Put wheat flour and gram flour ín ít.

Add salt, turmeric and red chilli powder

Add hing and cumin seeds in it.

Add oil and mix well with hands

Add chopped fenugreek leaves add mix well

Add water and make dough for the same and rest for 10 minutes

After 10 minutes, màke roti for the same

Cook this roti on hot pan and fry with oil on both sides

Methí masala thepla is ready.
