Litti is the stuffed whole wheat dough ball and Chokha is a mashed relish that is served with litti. Chokha can be made with roasted eggplant (baingan), boiled or roasted potatoes (aloo) and roasted tomatoes. You have to combine eggplant and potatoes to make the chokha

In a mixing bowl take the atta salt to taste,pinch of baking soda and ajwain. Now add water in parts and knead to a soothing soft dough. Cover the dough and keep aside.

After that take all sattu in a mixing bowl. Add 1 spoon ajwain 2 spoon onion 1 spoon chopped chilli 1 spoon ginger 1 spoon garlic 2 spoon pickle 2 spoon lemon juice add salt as per taste. Mix it well.

Now boil eggplant and potatoes and mash it well. Add salt chopped chilli and mustard oil.

Sprinkling little Flour, roll each dough ball to a circle place 2 spoon sattu stuffing on the centre plear and join the edges
Place it in appam tray brush some ghee into it..
And lastly serve it with bihari style chokha.
