Ingredients

  1. 1 cupclarified butter(desi ghee)
  2. 1 cupchopped green garlic
  3. to taste Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel n Finely chopped garlic.

    Heat ghee in a pan 2-3min. N allow it to cool on room temp. Now add bhi. Finely chopped green garlic salt mix well. N transfer in a bowl. Cover the lid.

    Keep in a freezer to set for 1/2hr. Now Take out from freezer n cut in to pieces. Tasty healthy Green garlic cubes is ready. Serve with Roti khichdi masala jowar roti, Dal pulao Dal Dhokli paratha or thepla.
