Steps

Mix spices in 1/4 cup water and set for 10 min till Slice onion,heat oil fry onion to light golden.add spice water & bhonfy masala.

Take this onion masala leaving oil in pot behind& blend to paste. Add whole garam masala in oil and fry for 2 minute

Add ginger garlic paste & fry.now add mutton & fry till colour changes.add onion paste & fry mutton in it.add 2 cup water & let mutton cook at medium flame till half done

Peel & wash tinday.cut in halves or querters if you like.when mutton is almost tender add beaten yogurt & mix well. Cook for few min.then add tinday with 1-11/2 cup water &cook till tinday got tender.adjust salan consistency to your requirements.

Lastly add green chillies(I used red one) sprinkle garam masala & fresh coriander.serve hot with chapati or rice.
