Versatile protein cookie dough

Notes
- Whey protein tends to be more runny so there is little liquid
- I used Diesel Whey Protein (Chocolate-Peanut butter flavour)
- if using a plant protein, you probably need to increase the amount of almond milk because plant protein is more absorbent than whey protein.

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1 scoopwhey protein powder
  2. 1 tbspcoconut flour
  3. 1 tspunsweetened apple sauce
  4. 1-1.5 tbspalmond milk
  5. dark chocolate chips (optional/topping)

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the dry ingredients together.

  2. 2

    Stir in the apple sauce.

  3. 3

    Stir in the almond milk - make sure the dough becomes a cookie dough texture. Please note - you may need to adjust the almond milk amount to make it a cookie dough texture. Be sure to add in almond milk, bit by bit.

    Fold in chocolate chips.

  5. 5

    Can eat immediately or optionally chill in fridge for 10-15 mins.
