Wash 4-5 times with water and soak it for 6 hours morning time is better for soaking (all separate).

Night blend it nicely and keep it in hot temperature for fermantation.

Morning it will look like dis after fermantation.it will be almost full after fermantation.

Put it in idli stand and leave it for 12-15 min in medium flame.

Our idli is ready.

Serve hot with coconut chutney.
