Add boondi in water and let it soak for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes drain the water and lightly press the boondi in palms, to squeeze the water from them.

Now whisk the yoghurt in a bowl, and add the boondi in it and mix properly

Now add chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, coriander leaves and salt and mix well.

Raita is ready to serve, it goes well with Biryani or pulao.
