Steps

Firstly take a baby corn and wash in normal water take a big vessel and add water n salt n add baby corn,

Switch on the gas flame keep in the vessel into the gas n boil after boil,

Remove the baby corn and strainthe water in to the strainer cut the boil baby corn in between the length wise.

Heat the khadai and pour oil, take a bowl add maida, corn flour salt red chilli powder, chilli flakes, orogano and mix it and make a thick batter the batter should be like pouring consistency.

Now marinate baby corn salt and red chilli powder and half lemon Juice, mix it and keep a side for 10 minutes, after 10 minutes take a bread crumbs, batter and marinated baby corn.

Now dip the baby corn in to the batter and coate with Bread crumbs add into the oil deep fry all the baby corn s on medium flame until little golden brown and crispy, after that remove from the oil into the kitchen tissue.
