Soak methi leaves in salted water for 15 min,drain wash n chop.Put salt,besan n spices in atta,mix well.Add methi n dhania.Add curd n oil n mix with hand n knead a soft dough using little water

Cover atta dough n let it rest for 30 min.Roll out thin thepla n cook on hot tawa on medium flame.Cook on both sides

Drizzle some desi ghee on cooked thepla.

Serve with butter n curd or pickle of your choice.This thepla remains soft when packed for tiffin.Do try.
