Cut all the vegetables in a small size.

Boil baby corn and peas with a little bit of salt for 5 minutes. And drain out.

Heat oil in a frying pan. First, put garlic and green chilies. Fry a few seconds. Then add onion, after one minute put carrots. Then put all other vegetables.

Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilly powder. cook for 5 minutes. Then add soya sauce. cook for another 5 minutes. serve hot.
