Steps

Take a bowl and add cabbage, carrot, coriander, capsicum, spinach, chilli ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp oil, black pepper, salt, turmeric powder and coriander powder

Mix it well and now add wheat flour and make a medium soft dough

Now roll theplas out of it and then roast it on pan with oil

Now serve it with curd or Chutney
