I tried it for the first time and trust me, it really comes out very amazing. A very simple and easy healthy pizza recepie made with wheat flour and topped with veggies.

I tried it for the first time and trust me, it really comes out very amazing. A very simple and easy healthy pizza recepie made with wheat flour and topped with veggies.

Steps

In a mixing bowl, Add wheat flour (Atta), Add baking powder +Soda
- 2
Add sugar+ Oil+ Salt

Add curd

Mix well, Add water little by little and knead to form a smooth dough. Not too stiff not too loose... Drizzle oil over the dough. cover the dough and leave aside for 1-2 hour

Cut the vegetables

Heat oil in a pan

Add vegetables. Sprinkle oregano +Blackpepper...Saute for 1-2 minutes(Don't overcooked them).... Keep them aside

Take the dough. Make a ball. Dust with flour. Flatten it into a chappati that is slightly thicker

Prick with fork so that it doesn't puff up

Brush the top with oil. Heat tawa. Carefully transfer the pizza base to tawa... Simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes.Flip to other side and cook for another 3-4 minutes

Now spread pizza sauce. Add amul cheese slices + Amul cheese spread.. Arrange veggies. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until cheese is goey and melts.

Switch off, remove and cut pizza into wedges,Sprinkle oregano and serve immediately...
