Dice the apple into 5mm cubes.Wet a container with water.

Put apple juice,tea,and agar powder in a pan and heat it.After it comes to a boil,turn the heat to low and cook for 1 minute while mixing.

Add apples into the pan and mix.Pour everything into the container.

Cool it down and put it in the refrigerator to harden....
