Pot mein oil dal kar pyaz light brown krlen phr gosht dal kar bhoon lein ginger garlic paste sabut garam masala add kar ke bhune

Phr zeera haldi lal mirch dhaniya add krden ache se mix kar ke 2 cup pani dal kar dhak dein

Uske bd palak ko chopped kar ke ache se 4 5 br wash karein aur 1 cup pani mein boil krlen for 4 to 5 mins

Strain krlen takhe pani nikl jae sara

Jab gosht gal jae tou palak add kar ke bhune ke jab tak oil na ajae upar

Upar se green chilies add kar ke serve karein 🙂😋
