  • 2 TablespoonsMasala
    Basic Masala for Pakistani curries
  • 1mediam Cauliflower
  • 4,5medium Potatoes
  • Oil if required
  • TablespoonCilantro leaves Finely chopped
  • 1 TablespoonGinger julienne

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Add masala in a pan, cut and washed the cauliflower flowers in a small size and add in masala,stir it and let it cook for 5 minutes.

    Stir and add ginger julienne and potatoes in it let it simmer for more 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender,

    Add cilantro leaves and serve in a dish,
    Garnish with ginger julienne and cilantro leaves
    Serve with roti parata or naan
