Ingredients: 1 large boiled potato; 2 boiled eggs; 2 Tablespoon Boiled chicken; 1/2 cucumber chopped; 1/2 cucumber sliced; 1 carrot grated; 1/2 iceberg salad sliced; 3,4 Tablespoons Mayonnaise; 2 Tablespoon Cream optional; 2 teaspoon Sugar; Salt and Pepper to taste

It is like Russian salad of my version,
Mostly I made it with boiled corn,iceberg, cucumber ,boiled eggs, apple ,boiled potatoes and some time I like pineapple as well.
You can add or remove any ingredient as per your taste and choice.
I serve it as a side dish .most of the times I make club sandwiches with same spread.

1large boiled potato
2boiled eggs
2 TablespoonBoiled chicken
1/2cucumber chopped
1/2cucumber sliced
1carrot grated
1/2iceberg salad sliced
3,4 TablespoonsMayonnaise
2 TablespoonCream optional
2 teaspoonSugar
Salt and Pepper to taste

Cut all salad, shredded the boiled chicken,

Add mayonnaise salt and Pepper and sugar add all ingredients and mix them well except the eggs,

Roughly chopped the eggs and add in mixture.

Transfer the mixture into serving dish and garnish with sliced cucumber and eggs. Serve it.
