Steps

Heat milk in a pan.

Add bay leaf, onion and black peppercorn to the milk. Let it bring to boil.

Switch off the flame and strain this milk. Keep aside.

Heat butter in a pan.

Add flour in it. Stir continuosly over medium heat.

When it gets the light golden colour pour the boiled milk in it.

Stirring continuosly to avoid lumps.

If your sauce is too thick add some more milk in it.

Add salt and cheese in it. Stir well until cheese melt.

It's ready.
