Ingredients

  1. 1 tablespoonvinegar
  2. 1 containerguacamole
  3. 2tomatoes
  4. Cheddar and Parmesan cheese
  5. 2potatoes
  6. 1 poundground beef
  7. 1 pinchblack pepper, food coloring
  8. 1 1/2 tablespoonsparsley
  9. 3 1/2 tablespoonsolive oil
  10. 1onion
  11. 3 clovesgarlic, minced
  12. 1bouillon cube
  13. Tomato sauce or fried tomato sauce (to taste)
  14. 1chili pepper
  15. Salt

Steps

    Potatoes: Slice the potatoes thinly and place them in an oven-safe bowl. Add salt, pepper, food coloring, and 2 tablespoons olive oil.
    Then bake at 400°F (200°C) for 25-30 minutes.

    Beef: In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium-high heat. Sauté the 3 minced garlic cloves, 1/2 chili pepper, 1/2 onion, and 1/2 bouillon cube. Add the ground beef and mix well.

    Next, add the rest of the bouillon cube, tomato sauce, salt to taste, and 1 tablespoon parsley.

    Remove the potatoes from the oven and place them in a serving dish.

    Top with the ground beef and cheeses, then bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted.

    Pico de gallo: Dice the 2 tomatoes and the remaining half of the chili pepper and onion.
    Add vinegar, salt to taste, 1/2 tablespoon parsley, and olive oil, then mix.

    Top the potatoes with guacamole and pico de gallo.

    Ready to eat!
