Potatoes: Slice the potatoes thinly and place them in an oven-safe bowl. Add salt, pepper, food coloring, and 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Then bake at 400°F (200°C) for 25-30 minutes. - 2
Beef: In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium-high heat. Sauté the 3 minced garlic cloves, 1/2 chili pepper, 1/2 onion, and 1/2 bouillon cube. Add the ground beef and mix well.
Next, add the rest of the bouillon cube, tomato sauce, salt to taste, and 1 tablespoon parsley.

Remove the potatoes from the oven and place them in a serving dish.
Top with the ground beef and cheeses, then bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted.

Pico de gallo: Dice the 2 tomatoes and the remaining half of the chili pepper and onion.
Add vinegar, salt to taste, 1/2 tablespoon parsley, and olive oil, then mix. - 5
Top the potatoes with guacamole and pico de gallo.
Ready to eat!
