Anpanman Shaped Sushi

When I was just about to make some sushi balls to entertain guests, I thought that I should make some that the kids could enjoy. So I made everybody's favorite Anpanman.

The rice is plain because of the kids, but if using sushi rice is allowed, then I suggest including it here. When I made ginger rice by mixing it with minced ginger, nobody liked it!!
If using sushi vinegar, use 20 ml for 1-2 rice cooker cups of rice, plus 5 g salt and 10 g sugar. Recipe by ameminiii
