Kadai Paneer

There are many varieties of paneer dishes, and all of them taste delicious. Today, I made Kadai Paneer with bell pepper and onion. It tastes great when served with lachha paratha or naan.

There are many varieties of paneer dishes, and all of them taste delicious. Today, I made Kadai Paneer with bell pepper and onion. It tastes great when served with lachha paratha or naan.

Lightly roast the fenugreek seeds, coriander seeds, and dried red chilies, then grind them to make a spice mix.

In a large skillet, melt the butter and stir-fry the bell pepper and onion squares over high heat until slightly cooked.

In the same skillet, add oil and sauté the finely chopped onions until golden brown. Add the tomatoes and cook until soft, then add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté well.

Add the dry spices and a little water, then cook the mixture well. Add salt to taste.

Once the masala is well cooked, add the paneer and mix. Then add the sautéed bell pepper and onion squares, and mix in the kadai masala.

Add a little hot water and cook the paneer until done.

Your quick and easy Kadai Paneer is ready to serve.
