Masala omlete is usually very common and easy to make for breakfast. The combination of ground spices, chillies and eggs just works great. You can eat it as like this simple or can serve with bread or can rolled in chapati.

Masala omlete is usually very common and easy to make for breakfast. The combination of ground spices, chillies and eggs just works great. You can eat it as like this simple or can serve with bread or can rolled in chapati.

Firstly chopped onions,green chillies, tomatoes and coriander.

Break the eggs in a bowl and whisk lightly.

Now add all vegetables in it.

Add all masalas like red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt and black pepper.

Whisk and mix it properly.

Heat the butter or oil in a large non-stick frying pan. Pour the mixture in it. Give it a quick swirl making sure to distribute it evenly.

Cook the underside for a minute on medium heat till it sets, is light brown and slightly crisp around the edges. Flip the omelette over and cook from other side.

Fold over the masala Omelette and serve it.
