Mix dry masala, salt and turmeric with the cracked eggs taken in a bowl.

Add milk and beat to get fluffy batter.

Mix rest ingredients with egg mixture well.

Heat oil on a skillet. Spread the egg, masala batter. Cook both sides on low to medium.

Serve with bread toast.
