Creamy Egg Yolks How To Soft and Hard Boil Eggs

This is a favorite in my family.
Step 2: If you put cold eggs into the boiling water, they will crack easily while cooking.
Step 3: Please adjust the boiling time for your favourite yolk set.
Try stirring with chopsticks. The yolk will set in the center.

Cooking Instructions

Put room temperature eggs in a small sauce pan and cover with boiling water. Cook for 5-7 minutes over medium heat. Soak the eggs in water for a while before peeling.

If you cook eggs straight from the fridge, soak in warm water before cooking.

Cook 3 minutes for very soft-boiled eggs. Cook around 10 minutes for regular soft-boiled eggs. Cook about 12 minutes for hard-boiled eggs.

If you cook with cold water, estimate time will be about 7 minutes after it starts boiling.
