Knead the dough till it's soft but not so soft and not so hard.

Let it rest for 20 mins,meanwhile fry the filling with the onion and set it aside to cool

Cut the dough to small equal balls,roll one into a small circle,apply some oil then sprinkle oil on top and put another rolled ball on top,reapeat the same process till you are done.put them in 3s or 4s

Fry them lightly then remove one by one,set aside and cover with a kitchen towel for them not to dry up.

Cut into triangles,make a paste which will be used to seal the pockets

After making the pockets,fill in with the peas and then fry on low heat.
