Creamy Strawberry shots

Boil strawberris and mashed well add gelatin powder in it

Cook for 2 minutes and pour in shots glasses and refrigerate half an hour

Beat cream cheese, icing sugar and whipped cream till peak are formed

Take out shot glasses and pipe cream mixture over strawberry mixture

And let it chill again good 3 hours in the freezer
- 6
Garnish with mint leaves Serve chill.
