Ingredients

20 minutes
2 people
  • 100 gramsbesan
  • Bread cut into cube slices
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tspSabut Zeera
  • Pinchsoda
  • Water as required
  • Oil for frying

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a pot, dissolve besan into water.

  2. 2

    Add spices,soda and sabut zeera into besan, make it smooth texture.

  3. 3

    Dip bread slices into besan.

  4. 4

    Pre-heat oil into frypan.

  5. 5

    Add dip bread slices, fry it till brown.

  6. 6

    Take out bread pakora from oil.

  7. 7

    Serve it with ketchup.
