Ingredients

5 minutes
2 servings
  • 2 Bread slices
  • 1Egg
  • 4 tbspMilk
  • 3 tbspCastor sugar
  • few dropsVanilla essence
  • Nutella to garnish
  • Blueberries/raspberries to garnish
  • Walnuts to garnish

Steps

5 minutes
  1. 1

    Make a mixture of eggs, milk, sugar and essence. Beat it well.

  2. 2

    Dip your bread pieces from both sides one by one and shallow fry them till golden from both sides.

  3. 3

    Top with some nutella, blueberries, raspberry and walnuts.
