Take all the ingredients. In a mixing bowl add flour, add salt and ajwain mix well.then add 3 tbsp melted ghee mix together and make a binding consistency.

Gradually add water and knead it.make a semi soft dough.cover and keep aside for 20 minutes.

Now divide the dough into two parts make two balls.take one ball roll it as a thick roti. Heat a tawa cook the roti from one side.After 20 seconds, flip the roti and start pinching on the top of the roti.

Keep pinching till the full roti is covered. Flip the roti and again roast from the patterned side.Once both sides are lightly browned hold the roti with a tong, remove it from tawa and place it directly on flames.

Once done, switch off the stove and pour ghee on the roti and serve.
