Sieve maida, wheat flour, add sugar, salt and oil. Mix well. Add milk and knead a soft dough. Knead it for 5-7 minutes.

Cover it with a damp muslin cloth for 20 minutes. Keep it aside.

Now make balls and roll it thin and big. Take an iron kadai and place it upside down on the gas.

Heat the kadai and sprinkle salt water over it. Place the roti on the kadai and cook on both sides tapping it with a cloth.

When done serve with your favorite sabji. I have made palak paneer
