Ingredients

6 people
  1. Main Ingredient
  2. 30 piecesx Shrimps
  3. 4 piecesx Garlic Ball (Sliced) (獨子蒜切片)
  4. 4 Teaspoonx Butter (Unsalted if possible)
  5. Enough Olive Oil
  6. Marinating Seasoning
  7. Some Salt
  8. Some Black Pepper
  9. Some Oregano
  10. Some Basil
  11. Some Paprika
  12. Some Red Pepper Flakes
  13. Some Parsley Leaves (Fresh if possible)

Cooking Instructions

    Pan with Olive Oil in high heat, place Shrimps into pan when pan is hot. Cook Shrimps to 70%-80% cooked. Remove Shrimps from the pan and put them aside for later use.

    With enough Olive Oil, low to medium heat. Place Garlic Slices to the pan when pan is hot. Add Butter to the pan and slowly cook Garlice Slices until they become soft. (About 3 mins)

    Put the Shrimps back to pan together with the Garlic Slices, stir fry them together in high heat until Shrimps become brownly cooked (if possible) (Note: Be careful not to overcook the Garlic Slices).
