Tamam vegetables ko wash kar k cut karlen. rice ko pani me 1-2 hr k liye bhigo de. fish ko wash kar k fish masalay me 2-4 hrs pehle he marinate kar dein

Ik pateelay me oil garam kar k piyaz light brown karlen.

Jab piyaz brown ho jaye ue tomato paste, lwhsan adrak paste, dahi, garam masalay add kar k salt add kar k masala bhunain.

Marinate ki hoi fish ko light fry kar lein. ya is ko masalay me pakayen. ye apki marzi hai.

Yahan hum marinated fish ko masalay me add kar k pakainge.

Alag pateelay me pani me tez paat daar cheeni zeera long add kar k us me rice boil kar lenge.

Phir us k bad fish masalay ki layar laga kar food color dal kar uppar se hara masala aur lemon ki topping kardenge. aur 15 min dam denge.
