Bajri Masala Roti

In big bowl take bajri atta add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt or curd mix well.

Take little little water and knead soft dough.

Put some water on the palm and make thick roti with the help of palm.

Heat the tawa and put roti on that, flip the roti on another side.
- 5
When both the sides are roughly done, take the roti and cook directly on flame, similar to how we cook a fulka. Flip countinously so that it doesn't burn.

Bajri roti ready serve with pickle tea etc.
